Teletherapy Speech Therapy in School Setting - Iowa
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) skilled in telespeech services, located in Iowa City, IA. This role focuses on delivering remote speech therapy support to students within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech-language evaluations and therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment data.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and reports in compliance with school policies.
- Utilize telepractice technology effectively to engage students across various age groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Iowa.
