A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist serving both elementary and high school students in Jacksonville, AL. This role requires expertise in telespeech and teletherapy, with certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC). The position involves a full-time schedule, providing direct therapy and conducting assessments for a caseload of approximately 55 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate student speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
- Collaborate with school personnel to support student communication development
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy progress and assessment results
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in school-based speech therapy services, including teletherapy delivery
- Familiarity with assessment tools appropriate for elementary and high school populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage a large caseload efficiently
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional standards in remote service delivery
Contract Details:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Contract period from August 3, 2026, through May 28, 2027
