School-Based Speech Teletherapy | Illinois

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in school settings to provide telespeech services for the 20252026 school year. This role involves delivering teletherapy to students with diverse speech and language needs, including those in self-contained Autism classrooms, across multiple elementary schools.

Work will be conducted virtually, supporting approximately 15 students on caseload. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), attending IEP meetings, and providing compensatory services as necessary. Collaboration with a dedicated clinical and technical support team ensures effective service delivery and troubleshooting.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in school environments, preferably with children diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorder
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and virtual communication methods
• Ability to manage caseloads, document progress, and participate in weekly compensation arrangements
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to student-centered care

This position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time engagement and requires availability for regular virtual sessions. Assignments will cover Walnut Trails Elementary, Minooka Primary Center, and Minooka Elementary schools.
