Were hiring an Online School Speech Therapist to provide services to elementary and middle school students. You will assess, develop treatment plans, and offer virtual therapy sessions aligned with IEP goals. Strong communication and collaboration with educators are vital. This is a fully remote, school-year position. Experience with digital therapy tools is preferred.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current WASLP license (CCCs)
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours
$55-60
As a Remote School SLP, you will help students overcome speech and language barriers that impact learning. Youll work from your home office to provide therapy via a HIPAA-compliant platform. Responsibilities include maintaining case files, updating IEPs, and collaborating with school staff. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Multistate licensure is a plus for those interested in working with multiple districts. depending on district budget/candidate experience)
