Speech Pathology Work From Home - ID
Two contract positions are available for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) specializing in school-based teletherapy services, located in Kooskia, ID. These roles offer opportunities to provide direct therapy, conduct assessments, and manage cases for students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.
Work Schedule and Caseload:
- Positions require 25 to 32 hours per week.
- Four-day workweek, Monday through Thursday.
- Caseload of approximately 40 students per clinician.
- Student groups divided into PK-3rd grade and 4th-12th grade cohorts.
- Contract period from August 24 through mid-June.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services through telepractice platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive testing and assessments to identify student needs.
- Manage and maintain caseload documentation according to school policies.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement individualized therapy plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience providing school-based speech therapy services, including teletherapy.
- Strong knowledge of child language development across early childhood and adolescent age groups.
- Familiarity with educational assessments and case management procedures.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with students, parents, and school personnel.
