Now Hiring - Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Virginia
Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language therapy services to elementary students within a school district in Virginia. This is a remote position that offers flexibility, meaningful work, and the opportunity to positively impact students' communication skills in a virtual learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to a K5 student caseload via a secure teletherapy platform.

Conduct speech-language screenings, evaluations, and assessments in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' speech and language needs.

Collaborate virtually with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure students communication needs are being met in the classroom and at home.

Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, progress reports, and communication logs.

Participate in virtual IEP meetings, team collaboration, and professional development as required.

Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding school-based therapy services.
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university

Current Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license (or willingness to obtain)

Minimum of 12 years of experience in a school-based setting (elementary level preferred)

Prior teletherapy experience preferred, but not required

Strong technology skills and access to a reliable internet connection

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual environment
