School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Needed
Join our educational team as a school-based SLP, where you will identify and treat speech, language, and fluency disorders among students. Youll play a key role in early intervention, helping students develop the communication skills necessary for academic success. Your responsibilities will include conducting screenings, writing reports, and providing both individual and group therapy sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current WisconsinSLP license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

As a vital member of our schools support staff, you will assess students for speech and language impairments, develop targeted intervention plans, and deliver therapy to help students overcome barriers to learning. Youll also serve as a resource for teachers, offering guidance on classroom accommodations and modifications to support students communication goals.
