Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - VA

A full-time speech-language pathologist role is available to support K-12 students during the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position offers an engaging opportunity to deliver teletherapy services, focusing on school-based speech-language pathology within a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 30-40 students across K-12 grades.
• Utilize telepractice techniques to conduct effective and accessible therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with school personnel and families to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining compliance with educational and clinical standards.
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs and communication disorders.

Qualifications:

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience or interest in teletherapy delivery models, particularly in school settings.
• Strong knowledge of childhood speech-language disorders and intervention strategies.
• Ability to manage a full caseload with organizational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, families, and school staff.

Location: Manassas, VA

Work Schedule: Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week.

Compensation: Hourly pay up to $50, commensurate with experience.
