Speech Teletherapy - MI

A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide telespeech and teletherapy services for a school in Melvindale, MI, for the remainder of the school year. This contract position offers an opportunity to support students remotely while managing a flexible caseload tailored to the practitioners expertise and availability.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering speech-language therapy sessions using teletherapy platforms
• Collaborating with school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy approaches as needed
• Maintaining accurate documentation in adherence to school policies and regulatory requirements
• Communicating effectively with students, families, and educators to support student goals

Desired qualifications:

• Valid and current SLP certification and licensure applicable in Michigan
• Experience conducting telespeech and teletherapy services in educational settings
• Strong understanding of speech-language development and disorders in school-age children
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
