Fully Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (Must be Licensed in Oregon)
Position Overview
Were seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to K12 students across Oregon. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact on students communication skills and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students speech and language needs

Develop personalized therapy plans based on IEP goals

Lead engaging, interactive therapy sessions via online platforms

Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed

Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to support student success

Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, including FERPA and HIPAA
What Youll Bring

A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field

An active Oregon SLP license

At least two years of experience working with school-aged children (teletherapy experience is a plus)

Proficiency with technology and virtual therapy tools; must have reliable internet and computer access

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
