Position Summary:
Soliant is seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to K12 students across Florida. This remote opportunity offers a flexible schedule and the chance to work with a supportive, collaborative team while delivering critical therapy services from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines

• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams through digital platforms

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid Florida SLP license

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Previous experience in school-based settings is highly valued

• Strong communication skills and comfort with online therapy tools

• Reliable internet and a distraction-free home office
