Remote Speech Therapy in WA

Provide specialized speech-language pathology services through telespeech and in-school settings for students in grades K-8. This contract position offers a focused caseload of 12 students, allowing targeted support within a 30-hour workweek spread across four days.

Location: Olympia, WA

Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and individualized therapy for students with speech and language impairments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with students educational goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Utilize telespeech technology effectively, ensuring seamless remote service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Actively licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Washington State.
• Eligible for or possessing an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate.
• Experience serving school-aged children, preferably K-8.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy methods for both in-person and telespeech environments.
