Teletherapy Speech Therapy in School Setting - Alabama

A part-time Virtual Speech Language Pathologist opportunity is available for licensed professionals in Alabama. This contract role offers the flexibility to work entirely from home while providing essential speech-language services remotely.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Valid Alabama Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
• Demonstrated experience conducting telespeech therapy, ideally within school settings
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage children and adolescents virtually
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and maintaining accurate documentation

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy in a virtual environment
• Collaborating with school personnel, families, and clinical support teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Utilizing technology to conduct sessions effectively while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with professional standards
• Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy approaches as needed
• Participating in training and utilizing available clinical and technical support resources
