Key Position Details:
Hourly Rate: $48$53 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Flexible full-time and part-time positions available
Location: 100% remote work, providing therapy and conducting assessments virtually
Caseload: Work with students of varying ages, addressing a wide range of speech and language concerns
Employment Type: Independent contractor (1099)

What You Will Be Doing:
Remote Therapy: Conduct virtual speech therapy sessions, customizing your approach to meet each students individual needs.
Assessments & Evaluations: Perform remote speech and language assessments to assess student progress and create targeted therapy plans.
Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and execute effective treatment strategies.
Behavioral Support: Design and implement approaches to support students with communication disorders and associated behavioral challenges.

What We Are Looking For:
Education: A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Certifications: ASHA-certified (CCC-SLP) and licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience, with preference for experience in school-based or pediatric settings.
Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school teams.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools and virtual platforms (Zoom, online therapy tools, etc.) for therapy and assessments.
