Telehealth Speech Therapy - IL
A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing teletherapy services in a K-12 school setting located in Rockford, IL. This role focuses on delivering remote speech-language support to students across various grade levels within the school year contract duration.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments via teletherapy platforms
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Delivering direct therapy sessions remotely to students K-12
- Collaborating with educators and caregivers to support student progress
- Maintaining detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience in school-based speech therapy services
- Proficiency in teletherapy and remote intervention methods
- Strong communication skills for virtual interactions with students and staff
- Ability to manage caseloads independently within the teletherapy format
