Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - GA
A contract opportunity is available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services. This position supports students within a school setting, utilizing remote therapy techniques to enhance communication skills and development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering teletherapy speech-language services to students with diverse communication needs
- Administering evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
- Collaborating virtually with educators and families to support student progress
- Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with school policies
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Proven experience providing speech therapy services, including telespeech modalities
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in virtual settings
