Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a skilled and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support school districts throughout Texas in a fully remote capacity. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who want the flexibility of working from home while continuing to deliver impactful, school-based services.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual speech and language therapy to K12 students

• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development and review of IEPs

• Document sessions, progress notes, and evaluations according to state and district standards

• Collaborate remotely with educators, parents, and other support staff

• Customize therapy sessions using engaging and accessible online tools

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Current Texas SLP license

• ASHA CCC-SLP strongly preferred

• 2+ years of school-based or pediatric experience

• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools

• High-speed internet and a distraction-free home workspace
