Bilingual Spanish/English Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist California

Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a California school district to hire a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide teletherapy services to Spanish-speaking students across the district.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver culturally responsive speech and language therapy in both English and Spanish

• Conduct bilingual evaluations and write tailored therapy plans

• Collaborate with ESL and general education staff to reduce language barriers

• Participate in IEP meetings, offering bilingual support to students, families, and school teams

• Provide teacher consultation for language development strategies

Caseload Information:

• Grades: K12

• Caseload: ~27 students

• Areas of focus: articulation, speech sound disorders, and bilingual language development

Job Details:

• Hours: Full-time, 37.5 per week

• Pay: Competitive, flat hourly rate based on experience

• Location: Remote teletherapy role, California school-based students

Minimum Requirements:

• Active SLP license in both home state & California

• ASHA CCCs required

• At least 2 years of school-based SLP experience

• 1+ year teletherapy experience

• Fully bilingual (Spanish/English)
