Virtual Speech Language Pathologist in MS
An opportunity is available for a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing telespeech services to K-12 students. This role supports speech and language development through remote therapy sessions, requiring strong communication and technical skills to engage students effectively in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment and therapy services to K-12 students via telespeech platforms
- Collaborate with educators and families to support individual education plans (IEPs)
- Track student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Utilize virtual tools and resources to enhance student engagement and learning
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with school-aged children in virtual or school settings
- Familiarity with telespeech technology and virtual service delivery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage caseload efficiently both full-time and part-time
Location: Remote (Serving students in Sardis, MS area)
Contract type: Contract position with flexible hours available for both full-time and part-time schedules.
This position offers competitive hourly compensation within the range of $40 to $50 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
