Position Overview: We are on the lookout for passionate Virtual Speech Language Pathologists licensed in Georgia to become part of our dynamic network. In this role, you'll leverage our advanced platform to conduct assessments, deliver therapy, and support clients from the comfort of their own homes.
Location: Remote (must be licensed in Georgia)
Responsibilities:
- Perform virtual assessments, evaluations, and interventions to diagnose and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Create and implement customized treatment plans that align with client needs and objectives.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques through our secure teletherapy platform.
- Track and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to enhance therapy outcomes.
- Offer guidance and support to families and caregivers to help them contribute to therapy goals.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in line with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Georgia (CCC-SLP preferred).
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, with a strong preference for teletherapy experience.
- Comfortable with technology and experienced with teletherapy platforms and electronic documentation systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong critical thinking abilities and the capability to independently manage a caseload.
