Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Remote, Oklahoma

Position Summary:

The Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist will deliver remote speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders. This position requires collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans while working fully remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual speech and language evaluations and assessments for students.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) targeting speech and language goals.

• Deliver therapy sessions via telehealth platforms effectively engaging students in a virtual environment.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students communication development.

• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and related communications.

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional insights and recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, including IDEA.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Oklahoma or eligible for Oklahoma licensure.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Experience working with school-aged children preferred.

• Knowledge of IDEA and IEP processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to engage students effectively through virtual therapy platforms.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
