Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Remote, Oklahoma
Position Summary:
The Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist will deliver remote speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders. This position requires collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans while working fully remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual speech and language evaluations and assessments for students.

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) targeting speech and language goals.

Deliver therapy sessions via telehealth platforms effectively engaging students in a virtual environment.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students communication development.

Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and related communications.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional insights and recommendations.

Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, including IDEA.
Qualifications:

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Oklahoma or eligible for Oklahoma licensure.

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Experience working with school-aged children preferred.

Knowledge of IDEA and IEP processes.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to engage students effectively through virtual therapy platforms.

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
