About the Position
Were looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support K12 students across Texas through virtual services. This fully remote role gives you the flexibility to work from home while helping students strengthen their communication skills and achieve academic success.

Your Role

Conduct virtual speech and language assessments to identify student needs
Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with students IEP goals
Provide engaging and effective speech therapy sessions online
Monitor student progress and make adjustments to therapy plans as needed
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student growth
Ensure compliance with Texas state regulations as well as federal standards like FERPA and HIPAA

What Were Looking For

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
Current and active Texas SLP license
Minimum of two years of experience working with school-aged children (experience with virtual therapy is a plus)
Tech-savvy and comfortable using online platforms for therapy; must have reliable internet and computer access
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
