School Speech Pathology Work From Home | Maine
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available for the 2025/2026 school year with an immediate start through the end of the school year. This role supports students in grades K-5 with a focus on 1:1 pediatric telespeech intervention within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
- Coordinate and document Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with school guidelines.
- Deliver direct therapy using both push-in and pull-out methods tailored to individual students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary therapy professionals to support student progress.
- Utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices as applicable.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure for the State of Maine.
- Clearance from the Department of Education.
- Previous experience working in a school environment.
- Familiarity with AAC devices is preferred.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) credentials are highly valued.
