Fully Remote Speech-Language Pathologist Opening in Texas

About the Role
Were looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual support to K12 students across Texas. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while playing a vital role in helping students improve their communication skills and succeed in the classroom.

What Youll Do

• Conduct virtual evaluations to assess students speech and language needs

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

• Deliver engaging, interactive therapy sessions using online platforms

• Track progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed

• Partner with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure strong support for each student

• Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, including FERPA and HIPAA

What Youll Need

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field

• Valid Texas SLP license

• At least two years of experience working with school-aged children (teletherapy experience is a plus)

• Confidence using technology and virtual platforms; reliable computer and internet required

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
