About the Role

We are currently hiring a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a K2 caseload for the upcoming 20252026 school year. This position is full-time and offersteletherapy for the right candidate. The ideal SLP will be passionate about early childhood speech and language development and thrive in a collaborative, student-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for students in grades K2

• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators and families

• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation

• Engage in parent and staff consultations to support student goals

• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities

• Deliver services on-site or virtually, depending on placement

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid Kansas SLP license

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Prior experience with early elementary students preferred

• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms

• Strong communication and organizational skills
