Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - RI

An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services within an educational setting located in Woonsocket, RI. This contract position focuses on delivering remote speech and language therapy to students, supporting their communication development through innovative virtual methods.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations via telepractice platforms
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with students needs and educational goals
• Collaborating with educators and caregivers to support student progress and carryover of skills
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation consistent with professional and regulatory standards
• Staying current with teletherapy best practices and educational requirements

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent supervised experience
• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, preferably with school-based experience
• Proficiency with telespeech technology and remote service delivery
• Strong communication and organizational skills with an ability to work independently
