This position offers a rewarding opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in pediatric and school-based care. Serving an elementary caseload of approximately 17-20 students spanning Pre-K through 5th grade, the role is located onsite in Willmar, MN, within a school setting. The position is part-time, requiring 20 hours per week across 3 days.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy tailored to students individual needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) consistent with best practices.

Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
Certifications such as CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) and experience in pediatric and school settings are highly valued.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children from Pre-K to 5th grade.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse school teams.
