Remote School Social Worker - Massachusetts

A social work professional with telehealth expertise is needed to support students in an educational setting located in Boston, MA. This contract position involves delivering remote social work services tailored to meet the emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs of students.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth counseling and crisis intervention for students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Collaborate remotely with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
• Conduct virtual assessments and provide referrals to community resources when needed
• Document all services provided in compliance with confidentiality and legal standards
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telehealth best practices in school-based social work

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Masters degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Licensure or certification in social work as required by the state of Massachusetts
• Proven experience delivering social work services through telehealth platforms
