Work From Home Social Worker | Massachusetts

A contract position is available for a Social Worker specializing in Telehealth services within a school setting. This role supports students by providing remote counseling and social work interventions to address various social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver social work services via telehealth platforms to students, maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student well-being.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services and progress notes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and resources.
• Stay current with telehealth best practices and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent) with eligibility to practice in Massachusetts.
• Experience providing telehealth services, preferably in a school or youth-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently under a contract arrangement.
• Knowledge of social work principles, student development, and relevant legal regulations.
• Comfort with technology used for virtual counseling and record-keeping.
