A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Social Worker specializing in telehealth services within a school setting. This role supports the mental health and well-being of students through remote counseling and intervention, ensuring accessible care tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual social work services including assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention to students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop comprehensive care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines
• Provide resources and referrals to community services as needed
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities related to telehealth best practices

Desired Qualifications:
