Remote School Social Worker - Michigan

A contract position is available for a Social Worker specializing in telehealth services within a school setting. This role focuses on providing remote support to students, addressing mental health needs, and collaborating with educational staff to promote student well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting virtual counseling sessions with students and families
• Assessing student needs and developing individualized support plans
• Coordinating with teachers, administrators, and external agencies to facilitate comprehensive care
• Maintaining accurate and confidential case records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Providing crisis intervention and support as needed through telehealth platforms

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW, LMSW, or equivalent) with appropriate state credentials
