About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team and provide remote support to K-12 students in Jonesboro, Arkansas. As an integral part of our virtual learning environment, you will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement IEPs for students with a variety of special needs, ensuring their academic success in a virtual setting.

• Provide tailored instruction to students, adapting teaching methods and materials to fit individual learning styles.

• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other staff to monitor students' progress and adjust strategies as needed.

• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families to provide updates on student progress.

• Foster an inclusive and supportive online learning environment that promotes student engagement and growth.

• Keep accurate records of student performance and maintain compliance with Arkansas educational guidelines.

What You Need:

• Valid Special Education certification in Arkansas.

• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in a virtual setting (teletherapy experience preferred).

• Strong organizational and communication skills for remote collaboration.

• A reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace.
