What Youll Be Doing:

• Provide virtual instruction to students with learning disabilities, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges.

• Deliver engaging lessons in subjects like math, reading, and writing using virtual tools and resources.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams to track student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings to ensure students receive appropriate accommodations and services.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with Pennsylvanias special education guidelines.

What You Need:

• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education certification.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education.
• At least two years of experience in a school-based setting (teletherapy experience is preferred).
• Proficiency with virtual teaching platforms and online tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote work.
