Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual instruction to K-12 students with diverse learning needs

• Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with IDEA and state regulations

• Adapt curriculum and modify content to meet students' individual goals

• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and parents

• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation in a digital setting

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field

• Active Special Education teaching license in your state of residence (and/or willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed)

• Previous experience working in special education, preferably in a virtual or hybrid model

• Proficiency with digital platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, IEP software)

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
