Teletherapy Special Education Teacher - NH

We are actively recruiting a Virtual Special Education Teacher to work with high school students focused on transition services, life skills instruction, and post-secondary planning. This full-time remote role will serve students preparing for graduation and workforce entry.

Caseload Information:

• High school grades 912

• 1520 students on caseload

• Moderate needs: Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, and functional academic skills

• Emphasis on vocational planning and transition IEP goals

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver online instruction in functional reading, math, and life skills

• Develop and track individualized transition plans

• Coordinate with parents, job coaches, and school counselors

• Ensure compliance with federal and state SPED laws

Qualifications:

• NH Special Education endorsement (Secondary)

• 2+ years of experience working with high school learners with moderate to severe needs

• Familiarity with virtual instruction tools and modified curriculum
