Virtual Special Education Teacher in NH

A temporary opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher to provide virtual academic instruction to a high school student during a transitional period. This role focuses on delivering consistent, individualized support until the student secures placement in a therapeutic day program.

Location: Keene, New Hampshire
Work Arrangement: Fully Virtual
Schedule: Part-Time, MondayFriday, 10 hours per week
Assignment Type: Temporary School Contract

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 2 hours of focused virtual tutoring daily, Monday through Friday
• Provide tailored academic instruction addressing the unique needs of one high school student
• Maintain continuity and consistency in educational support throughout the student's placement transition
• Collaborate as needed to monitor progress and adjust instructional approaches

Qualifications:

• Prior experience teaching Special Education, preferably with high school students
• Strong ability to conduct virtual instruction and design individualized learning plans
• New Hampshire Special Education certification is preferred but not required
