Online Special Education Teacher in MA

A Special Education Teacher is sought to support an elementary caseload with moderate or intensive needs through a telehealth platform. This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute specialized instruction and intervention strategies to meet diverse learner needs in a virtual school environment, beginning immediately and continuing through June 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to students with moderate to intensive special education needs via telehealth.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student goals and state regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students academic and social-emotional development.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
• Utilize technology effectively to engage students and track instructional outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts teaching credential with licensure in moderate or intensive special education.
• Demonstrated experience working with elementary-aged students requiring specialized instruction.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital instructional tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
