Online Teach of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing - Florida

Seeking a professional with expertise in teaching students who are deaf or hard of hearing through telehealth services. This contract position supports a K-12 caseload near Floral City, FL, and is open to part-time applicants holding a valid Florida Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing (TDHH) license.

Responsibilities include delivering specialized instruction tailored to the individual needs of students with hearing impairments, utilizing telehealth platforms for remote service delivery, collaborating with educational staff and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintaining thorough documentation of student progress.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Valid Florida TDHH license required
• Experience teaching deaf/hard of hearing students, preferably across K-12 grade levels
