Remote Teach of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing | New York

Providing specialized instruction through telehealth, this role focuses on supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing within a school setting. The position requires delivering effective, accessible education tailored to individual needs, fostering communication skills, and promoting academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual instruction and support for students with hearing impairments using telehealth platforms.
• Develop and adapt curriculum and lesson plans appropriate for Deaf and Hard of Hearing learners.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and specialists to create comprehensive support plans.

Preferred Qualifications:
