Remote Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Washington
Location: Washington (Remote)
Employment Type: 1099 Contract | Full-Time or Part-Time

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to provide remote services to K12 students in Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct instruction and support to students with hearing impairments in a virtual setting

  • Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support IEP goals

  • Provide consultation and coaching to general education staff

  • Monitor progress and adjust instruction as needed for student success

  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Deaf Education or related field

  • Valid Washington State teaching credential with DHH endorsement

  • School-based experience preferred

  • Strong communication and tech skills for virtual instruction
