Were currently hiring a Remote Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) to support K12 students across Washington state. This position is ideal for a dedicated educator who is passionate about delivering high-quality instruction through virtual platforms.
Role Responsibilities:

Provide virtual instruction and support to students with hearing impairments

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to implement IEPs

Offer consultation to staff on accommodations and effective communication strategies

Track student progress and adjust instructional methods as needed

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning and documentation
Qualifications:

Degree in Deaf Education or a related field

Valid Washington teaching certification with DHH endorsement

Previous experience working with students in a school-based setting

Comfortable using virtual platforms and technology for instruction
