School-Based Remote SLP Colorado ELL Student Communication Support

We are hiring a culturally responsive Speech-Language Pathologist to work remotely with English Language Learner (ELL) populations in Colorado schools. This 1099 contract focuses on helping students from multilingual backgrounds build the communication skills needed for academic integration and language confidence.

Duties:

• Deliver speech therapy to ELL students with articulation, language, or pragmatic needs

• Conduct evaluations with sensitivity to cultural and linguistic background

• Work closely with ELL teachers and coordinators to avoid over-identification

• Provide family education and collaborative problem-solving strategies

• Ensure accurate documentation that reflects language development context

VOCOVISION Requirements

Must have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, or Communication Science's and disorders

Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance

Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)

Home computer with high internet speed

Passed basic tech screening

Interview Process:

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
• Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
