A mid-sized school in Burnsville, MN is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team on a contract basis. This opportunity offers a rewarding environment working with middle school students (grades 6-8), providing essential speech and language services to support approximately 35 students. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a contract running from ASAP through April 24, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades 6 through 8.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet student needs.
Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational guidelines.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide speech-language programs.

Desired Qualifications:

Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), preferably with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Experience working in school settings providing services to students with speech and language challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff.
Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 35 students.
