An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide full-time support in a school setting from December through March, covering a maternity leave. This position is located in Saint Clair Shores, MI, with a caseload of approximately 40 students. The role offers Monday through Friday hours from 8:15 AM to 3:10 PM.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license
CCC-SLP certification preferred
Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations
Ability to manage a caseload involving various speech and language disabilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct speech therapy services tailored to student needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Maintain accurate records and comply with school policies and state regulations
Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development

This is a contract role within the educational environment, offering experience working closely with students aged 5 to 18, supporting communication development and academic success.
