A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a high-needs K-12 school located in Fountain, CO. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive speech and language services throughout the school year, supporting students with diverse communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with educational standards and student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to enhance student progress
• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student intervention plans

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working in educational settings, preferably in schools serving high-needs populations
• Knowledge of K-12 speech-language pathology practices
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively and prioritize student needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and educators
