Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Levittown, Pennsylvania

A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support high school students in Levittown, PA. This role focuses on delivering evaluations and consultative support primarily within a general education setting. The position offers flexibility with a part-time schedule and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for approximately 15 students requiring assessment to support their classification.
• Provide consultative support to about 20-25 students, mainly general education scholars.
• Collaborate closely with the lead SLP to develop and implement appropriate interventions.
• Manage caseload with flexibility, working approximately two days per week, with variation depending on program needs.
• Deliver services in a high school setting, primarily focusing on speech-language support.

Desired Qualifications:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Experience working with school-aged populations, specifically high school students.
• Familiarity with pediatric speech-language pathology and teletherapy methods.
• Ability to manage a moderate caseload with an emphasis on evaluations and consultative services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered.

Duration: Contract, Current School Year (CSY) through End of School Year (EOSY)
