Speech Therapist in Monument, CO
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Monument, CO, serving a K-12 high-needs school on a contract basis for the current school year. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional committed to making a meaningful impact on student communication and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy services to students across grades K-12.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals to meet evolving needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and professional standards.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school initiatives focused on student success.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) with relevant licensure.
- Experience in school-based settings is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for a diverse student population.
