Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Northwood, ND

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide virtual services for a K-5 caseload, including support for students in the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) setting. This contract role offers a 32-hour workweek schedule, with additional support from a paraeducator during therapy sessions. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) who thrives in a school environment and is passionate about supporting diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual speech-language therapy to students in kindergarten through fifth grade, including those in ASD programs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to enhance student outcomes
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions
• Communicate effectively with parents and school personnel regarding student progress

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLP certification with CCC credentials required
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-5 students
• Familiarity with ASD and strategies for supporting students on the spectrum
• Strong communication and organizational skills
