Pediatric Speech Therapist in Sebring, FL
A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in school-based services, located in Sebring, FL. This role focuses on providing high-quality speech and language therapy to students in grades K-12, supporting their communication development within the educational setting.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 30 students, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with teachers and families, and monitoring student progress. The position requires a commitment to 38.75 hours per week over five days, ensuring consistent and effective service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Experience in school settings and working with pediatric populations
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completed or in progress is advantageous
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload
