Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Opening in Virginia (30 hours/wk)
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual services for students in Virginia. This role supports learners ages 522, all of whom have a diagnosed autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The SLP will focus on helping students build communication, social, and functional language skills while collaborating closely with educators, families, and support staff.
Responsibilities:

Provide virtual direct therapy services tailored to students with ASD

Address a range of communication needs, including expressive/receptive language, articulation, social communication, and pragmatic skills

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring to track student growth

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Offer consultation to teachers and families on communication strategies and supports

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Virginia SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred)

Prior experience working with students with ASD, preferably across a wide age range

Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for autism-related communication needs

Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a virtual environment

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
What to Expect:

30 hours per week, scheduled between 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Serve a diverse group of students ages 522, all with ASD diagnoses
